During my 28 days of PIIT, I recorded a vlog each day after my workout to share with my followers how I was feeling. Some days were good, some days were great, and some days I just wanted to quit! It was an incredible journey of physical and mental struggles that I wouldn’t take back. I challenged myself and pushed myself harder than I ever had before. Once I finished, I had never felt so accomplished! PIIT28 is more than just a program for weight loss, it is a program to build both physical and mental strength. I encourage everyone to try it!
